Made with Taihang Cliff Cypress, Mu carries the gentle sweetness of wild honey alongside fresh forest herbs and warm, dry wood. Inspired by Wood’s spirit of growth and vitality, its fragrance feels like stepping into mountain air: an invitation to pause, look around, and begin again.
The box includes：
- 14 incense sticks, burn time ~40 minutes per stick
- A ceramic incense holder
- An upcycled linen mat for catching ash, each featuring a unique print of native plants made using the traditional technique
- A seasonal artwork inspired by the chosen element, printed on Xuan Paper
HOW TO BURN
Lay the linen ash mat flat on a stable surface. Place the ceramic incense holder on top of the mat. Remove one incense stick from the box and place it securely in the holder.
Light the tip of the incense and allow it to flame briefly. Gently blow out the flame and allow the incense to smolder.
Never leave burning incense unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials. Allow the holder and ash to cool completely before handling.
Care & Storage
Store the incense in its original packaging in a dry environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to humidity or direct sunlight.
The ceramic incense holder and linen ash mat are designed to be reused. Allow both pieces to cool completely after each use and gently remove any remaining ash. Hand-wash only with mild detergent. Air-dry the linen mat flat and allow both pieces to dry completely before storing or using them again.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Complimentary express shipping to the mainland U.S with every ritual set, or order over $150. Delivery is typically expected within approximately 3 business days after dispatch; however, transit times may vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
Unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To request a return, please contact support@maomaony.com with your order number before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any original expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mao Mao cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the affected product, and photographs of the shipping package. Mao Mao will cover any applicable return shipping costs and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
